**The Opportunity**

We are seeking a compassionate and dependable **Overnight Caregiver** to join our team. This role is typically for the hours of **8pm- 8am** (times may be flexible depending on the client's needs).

Our caregivers serve as a steady, reassuring presence for clients and their families during the overnight hours. This position is ideal for someone who is attentive, calm, and committed to preserving **dignity** and **safety** in the home. As a faith-based agency, we approach care with **compassion**, **integrity**, and a **deep respect** for the value of every individual.

**Responsibilities**

- Provide attentive overnight supervision and support
- Assist with personal care (bathing, toileting, grooming, repositioning)
- Support mobility and transfers as needed
- Medication reminders (as permitted)
- Light housekeeping related to client care
- Document care and communicate updates to the office
- Maintain a peaceful, safe environment throughout the night

**Qualifications**

- Prior caregiving experience preferred (home care, assisted living, or similar)
- Reliable and punctual with strong attendance
- Ability to remain awake and alert throughout the shift
- Compassionate, patient, and professional demeanor
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Ability to pass background check
