Overnight Crisis Mobile Clinician

**Division/Program:**

San Bernardino: High Desert CMRT

**Starting Compensation:**

77,000.00 - 85,000.00 USD Per Year

**Working Location:**

San Bernardino, CA

**Working Hours/Shift:**

Wednesday - Saturday 9:00 PM - 8:00 AM

We are seeking an **Associate Marriage and Family Therapist (AMFT)**, **Associate Professional Clinical Counselor (APCC)**, or **Associate Clinical Social Worker (ACSW)** to join our team.

What You Bring to SBHG (Qualifications):

**Education:**

- Master’s degree in psychology, social work, or a related mental health field.

(Recently graduates are welcome and encouraged to apply!)

**Licensure:**

- Registered with the California Board of Behavioral Sciences (BBS) as an Associate (AMFT, ACSW, or APCC).

**Compliance & Safety:**

- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- Valid California Driver’s License with a driving record that meets company eligibility policies.
- First Aid certification from an approved provider (such as the American Red Cross) or the ability to obtain it upon hire.

**How you will make a difference:**

This position assesses clients at start of engagement/treatment, assesses as needed, develops, and maintains treatment plans, conducts family collateral and discharge planning.

**Division/Program Overview**:

**Program:** The Valley Star Crisis Mobile Response Team

**Population Served:** Serving all age groups—children, adolescents, adults, and older adults

**Facility & Setting:** Mobile | operates from 6 PM to 8 AM

**Clinical Services:** offering rapid mental health assessments and crisis interventions. essential services for individuals needing immediate crisis intervention and stabilization.
