If your purpose and passions align with ours, you’ll find a place to grow, do meaningful work and build a career you love in a community that feels like home. **FTE:** 1.0_, **Shift:** _Day, **Schedule:** _8-5pm **Position Summary** The Home Health and Hospice Outreach Coordinator is responsible for establishing and cultivating relationships with area providers for the purpose of profitably growing Home Health and Hospice Services for MultiCare. This includes, but is not limited to increasing referrals to and/or utilization of designated MHS services and facilities; expanding these capabilities to new markets and increasing market share for these services/facilities, and developing and implementing direct-to-consumer marketing plans The focus will be on improving the financial performance of the facility or careline by generating additional business, and enhancing relations between MHS and key providers in the service area while growing utilization of our services by consumers. This highly visible, professional level position has extensive contacts and communications with the external provider community, and will develop a thorough understanding of the needs and dynamics of employed and community-based provider practices, as well as other channels for achieving sales goals. As required by various pay transparency laws, we share a competitive range of compensation for candidates hired into each position. The pay scale is $77,480.00 - $111,467.20 USD. However, pay is influenced by factors specific to applicants, including but not limited to: skill set, level of experience, and certification(s) and/or education.
