Licensed Therapist (LCSW, LMSW-cc, LCPC, LCPC-c)  

**$7,500 Sign-On Bonus**

Our mission is to create a supportive and healing environment for our clients, and we're looking for talented, compassionate Therapists to join our team **full-time (exempt).**

**Responsibilities:**

- Provide comprehensive biopsychosocial assessments on any individual, couple, or family seeking behavioral health services.
- Utilize evidence-based therapeutic approaches to help clients navigate a wide range of challenges from a generalist, strength-based perspective.
- Maintain confidential client records and documentation following AMHC policies and procedures, licensing and regulatory requirements, and ethical standards.
- Collaborate with a team of behavioral health professionals to provide holistic care.
- Participate in ongoing professional development and training.

- Master’s degree or higher in Social Work, Counseling, or related field.
- Active state licensure **(LCSW, LMSW-cc, LCPC, LCPC-c)**
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
