## Description

**Outpatient Counselor, Therapist I or II**

**Conifer Park is looking for a Counselor/Therapist, I or II to join our Outpatient Team in Glens Falls, NY.** As a Counselor/Therapist with Conifer Park you will function as part of an interdisciplinary team and provide comprehensive psychosocial assessment and diagnostic services to patients in an outpatient setting. Provide process oriented & didactic group counseling services and individual, family or crisis counseling to a caseload.

***Sign on bonus for Qualifying Health Professionals (QHP) Final amount dependent on Full Time Equivalent Status for selected shift. Maximum amount is $3,000 to be paid at three intervals (90 Days, 1 Year and 2 year)***

- **The following QHPs are eligible for sign on bonus: CASAC, LMSW, LMHC, or LCSWS**

**Schedule:**      **M-F From: 8:30 AM To: 5:30 PM with 1-2 Evenings until 7pm**

**Counselor Requirements:** Associate Degree in Chemical Dependency or related field with 1 year of applicable experience, Current CASAC-T or CASAC Certification, CPR Certification required within 6 months of hire.

**Therapist I Requirements:** Bachelor’s Degree in related field, with one-year related experience, CASAC or Qualified Health Professional (QHP per OASAS 800 Regulations), CPR Certification required within 6 months of hire.

**Therapist II Requirements:** Master’s Degree in related field, Current LMHC or LMSW with one year of experience, CASAC or Qualified Health Professional (QHP per OASAS 800 Regulations), CPR Certification required within 6 months of hire.
