# Orthodontic Assistant

### ARCH Orthodontics | Multiple Massachusetts Locations

**$23–$35/hour + travel reimbursement | Full-Time | Monday–Friday | No evenings or weekends**

This position may work across ARCH Orthodontics' six locations: Bridgewater, Canton, Hyde Park, Westwood, Hyannis, and Orleans. Travel pay and mileage reimbursement provided.

You'll work alongside experienced orthodontic professionals in a fast-paced, supportive environment where you'll play an important role in creating positive experiences for our patients and their families.

### What You'll Do

As an Orthodontic Assistant, you'll help provide an exceptional patient experience while supporting the orthodontist and clinical team. Your day may include:

- Assisting the orthodontist during patient procedures and appointments

- Taking digital X-rays, scans, and patient records

- Preparing and sterilizing instruments and treatment rooms

- Educating patients on orthodontic appliances and oral hygiene

- Maintaining accurate patient documentation

- Helping patients feel comfortable, welcomed, and confident throughout treatment

### What We're Looking For

- Current Massachusetts Dental Assistant License

- X-ray certification required

- Orthodontic assisting experience preferred

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Positive attitude and strong team-oriented mindset

- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a busy clinical environment

- Someone who genuinely enjoys working with patients and being part of a team
