**Job Overview**

SIO Logistics is on the lookout for a detail-driven and carrier-focused **Operational Sales Representative** to join our dynamic team in Southlake, Texas. In this vital role, you’ll provide exceptional service to both our carriers and customers, becoming an essential link in our operations and sales network.

**Key Responsibilities**

- Dive deep into the intricacies of current accounts assigned by sales representatives, mastering all the details.

- Develop expertise in our cutting-edge **Transportation Management System (TMS)** and leverage its full potential.

- Efficiently schedule appointments and accurately input shipment details for all relevant loads.

- Keep internal and external portals up to date with shipment information to ensure transparency and accuracy.

- Proactively track shipment progress and provide timely updates to all stakeholders involved.

- Address customer inquiries regarding shipment statuses with professionalism and clarity.

- Work collaboratively with sales representatives to deliver seamless and personalized account servicing.
