Who We Are The Children's Guild is a nonprofit organization and affiliate of **TranZed Alliance** — one of the most experienced child-serving organizations in the Greater Baltimore/Washington region. Our OMHC provides evidence-based, trauma-informed outpatient mental health services to children, adolescents, and families across multiple locations in Maryland and Washington, D.C. Our interdisciplinary team includes therapists, clinicians, psychiatrists, case managers, and school-based professionals — all united by a shared commitment to helping every child thrive. The Opportunity This is an excellent opportunity for a **new or early-career clinician** to grow their skills in a supportive, mission-driven environment. As a **Therapist/Clinician**, you will: - Provide individual, family, and group therapy to children and adolescents with diverse mental health needs - Conduct biopsychosocial assessments and develop individualized treatment plans - Deliver evidence-based interventions (e.g., CBT, TF-CBT, play therapy) under clinical supervision - Maintain accurate, timely documentation in compliance with COMAR, HIPAA, and agency standards - Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including psychiatrists, case managers, and school staff - Engage families as active partners in the therapeutic process - Participate in clinical supervision, team meetings, and ongoing professional development ## What We're Looking For ✔ Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or a related field (required) ✔ Graduate licensure in Maryland or D.C.
