## Description

At **Anacortes Health & Rehabilitation of Cascadia Healthcare**, we’re dedicated to providing exceptional skilled nursing and rehabilitation services that empower our residents to recover, thrive, and live well. We’re currently seeking an **Occupational Therapist (OT)** to join our growing, tight-knit therapy team. In this role, you’ll support residents in rebuilding functional abilities, adapting to daily tasks, and achieving meaningful independence. You’ll work alongside a collaborative rehab and nursing team to deliver clinically sound, person-centered care in a supportive environment.

**What You’ll Do**

- Complete functional assessments and create individualized treatment plans
- Provide therapeutic interventions focused on ADLs, mobility, and safety
- Communicate progress and recommendations with the interdisciplinary team and families
- Collaborate with COTAs and Rehab Aides to ensure consistent, high-quality care
- Foster a positive, resident-centered rehab environment

**What We’re Looking For**

- Degree from an accredited Occupational Therapy program
- Active Washington OT license (or eligibility)
- CPR certification (or ability to obtain)
- SNF, post-acute, or long-term care experience preferred—but not required
- Strong communication, clinical reasoning, and teamwork skills

Education:

Must have graduated from an accredited school of occupational therapy.

Licenses/Certification:

Current state license as an Occupational Therapist.

Current CPR certification.

Experience:

Six months experience in a long term care environment preferred.
