Axia Women's Health - Indianapolis - South, is seeking a BE/BC **OB/GYN** **Associate Physician**. This is an outstanding opportunity with an excellent work-life balance with an established patient following in a collaborative team environment.

**Practice Profile:**

- 2 office locations: Indianapolis and Greenwood
- Strong work-life balance with shared call coverage and OB Laborist/CNM coverage
- One call shift per week (8am - 6pm or 6pm - 8am)
- Additional pay for all call coverage

**Hospital Affiliation:**

Franciscan Hospital - Indianapolis

- LEVEL III NICU
- 24/7 Anesthesia covering L&D
- Robotics
- MFM, Neonatologists & Advanced Neonatal Practitioners

Pay or shift range: $300,000 - $450,000 USD annual salary, BOE.  
*The estimated range is the budgeted amount for this position. Final offers are based on various factors, including skill set, experience, location, qualifications and other job-related reasons.*
