As a Nursing Supervisor at Cowlitz Family Health Center, you’ll lead and mentor a talented nursing team, help keep daily operations moving, champion great clinical practices, and work alongside clinical and operational leaders to make a real difference in the care our patients receive. The Nursing Supervisor works closely with clinical, quality, and operational leadership to strengthen nursing practice, improve workflows, support population health and care management initiatives, and ensure nursing staff are working at the top of their licensure. Cowlitz Family Health Center is a drug-free workplace and performs drug testing consistent with federal guidelines in the Drug-Free Workplace Act of 1988.
