Significance is seeking a **Navy Pacific ERP - Fianancial Management SME** to join our growing team supporting **Navy Pacific in O‘ahu, Hawaii**. This is a **hybrid position** based in O‘ahu; however, daily onsite work is not required. Candidates must possess an **active Secret clearance**, although an **Interim Secret clearance will also be accepted**.   Significance is seeking a senior-level Navy ERP FM Specialist to support an ongoing Navy ERP implementation and sustainment effort. The specialist will provide deep functional expertise in Navy ERP financial modules.   The ideal candidate will possess strong financial management experience, advanced understanding of Navy ERP processes, and the ability to collaborate with stakeholders across various Navy organizations. This role supports enterprise-level modernization efforts to fully implement Navy ERP as the authoritative system of record for the Department of the Navy. At Significance, your base pay is one part of your total compensation package and is determined within a range. Our pay ranges are based on the local cost of labor benchmarks for each specific role, level, and geographic location.   We carefully consider a wide range of factors when determining compensation, including but not limited to experience; job-related skill sets; relevant education or training; and other business and organizational needs. The salary range listed is for the level at which this job has been scoped. In the event that you are considered for a different level, a higher or lower pay range would apply.
