## Description

**Job Summary**  

We are looking for a reliable, hands-on Maintenance Technician to join our dumpling manufacturing team. You will be responsible for ensuring our production machinery runs smoothly and our facility remains in top shape. This role requires a blend of mechanical troubleshooting and general building upkeep.  

**Key Responsibilities**

- **Machine Maintenance**: Perform preventative maintenance and emergency repairs on food processing equipment (mixers, dumpling forming machines, conveyors, and packaging sealers).
- **Facilities Upkeep**: Handle basic plumbing, electrical repairs, lighting, and general "handyman" tasks around the warehouse and office.
- **Troubleshooting**: Quickly diagnose mechanical or electrical failures to minimize production downtime.
- **Food Safety (GMP)**: Ensure all repairs are done according to food safety standards. Keep maintenance logs and ensure the shop area is clean and organized.
- **Parts Inventory**: Track spare parts for machines and notify management when supplies or tools need to be ordered.

**Qualifications & Skills**

- **Experience**: 2–4 years of experience in industrial maintenance (food/beverage industry is a huge plus).
- **Technical Skills**: Strong understanding of mechanical drives, gearboxes, and basic electrical (110v/220v).
- **Physical Ability**: Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and work in a production environment that may be refrigerated or humid.
- **Soft Skills**: A "fix-it" mindset with the ability to work independently in a small-team setting.
- **Local**: Must have reliable transportation to our Stafford facility.

**Pay Range: $25/hr**  
**Shift:** One Shift per day, 40 hours a week
