DRI's mission is to catalog and analyze military and civilian infrastructure and defense-related resources that underpin a nation's or group's military capabilities-including transportation, logistics, defense economics, energy systems, arms trade, physical vulnerability to weapon effects, defense industries, and the operational environment-to support U.S. and allied planners, targeteers, warfighters, policymakers, partners, and acquisition official. **Job Responsibilities:**  - Conduct strategic all-source analytical production to evaluate complex adversarial systems, military capabilities, and emerging trends. - Draft and publish intelligence assessments following established community writing styles, publication standards, and analytic tradecraft. - Utilize specialized functional expertise and meticulous attention to detail to address complex military capabilities (MILCAP) problem sets. - Mentor and lead fellow analysts while sharing functional domain expertise to support overall team growth. - Continuous learning and application of new skills, tools, and analytical methodologies to deliver critical support to warfighters and national decision-makers **Minimum Qualifications:**   - Bachelor's degree and 3+ years of experience or 7+years of equivalent experience. - Knowledge of IC and Combatant Command environments - Ability to develop high-quality deliverables tailored to senior policymakers or defense stakeholders, including complex written products and formal or informal briefings - Experience with the Modernized Integrated Database (MIDB) or the Machine-Assisted Rapid-repository System (MARS)?? - Experience analyzing and breaking down complex systems? - Must be a U.S. Citizen - Must have and be capable of maintaining a U.S. Department of Defense (DoD) TS/SCI clearance **Preferred** **Qualifications:**   - 3+ years?as an all-source military capabilities analyst? - Knowledge of conventional weapon systems? - Knowledge of ICD 203/206 analytic tradecraft standards? - Knowledge of the INDOPACOM AOR??? **To Apply for this Position:** You must have the Minimum Qualifications in your resume to be selected as a candidate.
