The Manager ensures a high level of cleanliness, appearance and customer service to patients, visitors and staff is continuously maintained; provides staff leadership; serves as a subject matter expert; monitors key performance, quality and financial indicators; monitors regulatory compliance; formulates, communicates and analyzes budget(s) and contributes to quality improvement of the standard EVS and Linen operating model within the facility. Hospital-based leaders may have a dual matrixed reporting structure. **Requirements** - Bachelor’s Degree or four years of experience in lieu of degree will be considered - Five (5) years of progressively responsible experience in Healthcare Environmental Services Leadership - Certified Healthcare Environmental Services Professional preferred - Three (3) years of experience in a supervisory or lead capacity - Experience leading a unionized workforce preferred **About Capital Medical Center**  MultiCare Capital Medical Center is a 107-bed community hospital providing award-winning care to Olympia and surrounding communities. As required by various pay transparency laws, we share a competitive range of compensation for candidates hired into each position. The pay scale is $82,888.00 - $119,288.00 USD. However, pay is influenced by factors specific to applicants, including but not limited to: skill set, level of experience, and certification(s) and/or education.
