## Description

Our company is seeking an experienced **Melter/Furnace Operators** multiple shifts. In this role, you will be responsible for **melting and pouring aluminum and magnesium into sand molds**, ensuring safe, efficient, and high-quality production.

We offer **competitive pay**, a **20% shift differential for the 9am-5:30pm shift**, and an **excellent benefits package**.

**Responsibilities:**

- Demonstrate a strong commitment to safety and the ability to understand and follow all safety procedures.
- Possess a technical understanding of furnace operations and components. - Troubleshoot and perform basic repairs on furnace equipment.
- Monitor temperatures, pressures, and other critical parameters effectively.
- Maintain accurate logs of operations, maintenance, and safety checks.
- Apply basic math skills for measurements and calculations related to furnace operations.
- Perform manual labor and stand for long periods.
- Collaborate effectively with other operators and staff.

- Minimum of 2 years of experience in pouring or foundry work
- Knowledge of different types of metals and their properties
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods of time
