# South Jersey Eye Physicians PA LogoMedical Retina , New Jersey We are seeking growth-minded medical retina specialists to join our renowned team of physicians. As part of a nationally recognized vertically-integrated network, our retina practices have a history of excellent patient care, clinical research, and education. As a medical retina specialist, you would be working aside vitreoretinal surgeons to deliver the top notch retinal care that our communities deserve, with a strong pre-existing patient and referral base for you to build upon. 3 Days a week at Eye Associates SurgiCenter and 2 days at South Jersey Eye Physician. Successful candidates are: - Patient-centered, passionate about their work, optimistic, and energized. - Innovative, adaptable, efficient and function effectively with both team and solution-oriented mindsets - Ethical and honest - Comfortable giving/receiving direct, developmental feedback and accountable to goals, deliverables, and overall performance.Our current physicians are highly committed to helping new associates build their practice for long-term success. Over the years, we have developed key practice features to ensure that motivated and team-oriented individuals can count on a long and rewarding career: - Attractive geography with wonderful communities, entertainment and leisure, and easy access to Washington D.C, New York City, Baltimore, Philadelphia, and the Jersey Shore. - Doctor-centric clinical teams (scribes, photographers, and ophthalmic technicians). - Essential diagnostic and treatment equipment in every location. - Fully staffed clinical trials team with opportunity to serve as principal investigator in numerous Phase 2 and 3 trials. - Effective transfer of goodwill from established doctors with guidance on referral relationship development and practice building. - Physician-led administrative team, focused on strategic growth and brand marketing, with an eye on securing the future. - Competitive salary with performance and incentive components, comprehensive benefits package, clear path to vested partnership (if desired), and opportunity to obtain equity.
