In this position, you will provide excellent administrative oversight and support to members, community partners and maintain a working relationship with Mary Bridge Children's Foundation. **Responsibilities** - You will answer the phone, process email requests, greet people, and perform routine office activities including the use of all Microsoft office programs in a professional, friendly and knowledgeable manner - You will update and maintain registrations, certifications, business licenses and other federal, state and local operating requirements for MBB - You will prepare the annual calendar and coordinate the calendar with President, executive officers and committee chairs to ensure all processes are adhered to in accordance with organization bylaws and state best practices for nonprofits and MultiCare **Requirements** - BA preferred or four (4) years equivalent experience - Minimum two (2) years relevant experience: event planning on both small and large scale - Experience in Donor Management and Fundraising - Experience with computer software applications (QuickBooks, & Microsoft products) - Demonstrated secretarial experience at administrative level - Experience working in the nonprofit field **Where kids and families are always first** Everything we do starts with a commitment to children and families.
