**Certified and or Experienced Automotive Technicians needed!**

Business is great and we are growing at every store in the Johnson Motors Automotive Group. We are looking for experienced technicians; dealership experience is a plus but not a must. **Automotive Service Technician Responsibilities:**

- Perform preventative maintenance, scheduled maintenance and safety inspection.
- Perform diagnostics and repairs of the following but not limited to:
- Engine performance issues
- Air/hydraulic brake system
- Electrical systems
- Automatic transmissions
- Suspension systems
- Steering systems
- Overall drivability

**Who You Are**

- Experienced: You bring a strong background in diagnosis, repair, and shop procedures
- Certified: You hold current ASE or manufacturer certifications (Ford, GM, etc.)
- Independent but team-minded: You take ownership of your work and support your team
- Detail-driven: You believe the little things make a big difference
- Professional: You treat coworkers and guests with respect and integrity

**Compensation & Benefits**

- Annual earnings: $75,000-$120,000, based on experience and productivity
- Flat-rate compensation with performance bonuses
- Tool allowance and ongoing training support

**Automotive Service Technician Qualifications:**

- Experience as a main shop or certified technician
- Current ASE or OEM certifications preferred (we’ll help you get more)
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs. and work in a physically active environment
- Strong diagnostic, mechanical, and electrical skills
- Experience with digital MPI tools and service diagnostics tools
- Strong desire to excel
