By providing leadership and development opportunities, the manager cultivates a high-performing team committed to integrity, accountability, and delivering effective security technology solutions aligned with business objectives. **About the team:** The GSSI Security Technology Special Projects team supports projects by ensuring compliance, meeting installation standards, and delivering on schedule to fulfill stakeholder expectations. The team leads the design and implementation of **electronic fire alarm, intrusion alarm, security camera, and paging systems**. They manage technical support, troubleshoot complex issues, and coordinate resources to maintain project quality. Focused on continuous improvement and effective communication, the team collaborates with stakeholders to achieve results while upholding company policies and standards.
