You’ll partner closely with Operations and Department Managers to eliminate quality losses, standardize work, and build sustainable capabilities across the network. **What You’ll Do** - Lead process improvement initiatives using tools such as 5S, root cause analysis, Six Sigma, and time and motion studies to eliminate quality losses and process variation. - Manage execution of top quality loss projects within the functional area, including deviation tracking from One Best Way playbooks and identification of replication opportunities. - Support the tactical deployment of the Quality Excellence WPS methodology, including gap analysis, performance metrics, and quality loss profile development. - Partner with Department Managers to drive WPS programs, associate engagement, and KPI improvements within assigned process areas. - Deliver results through KPI analysis, loss elimination, and the creation of standard work to reduce variation and sustain improvements. - Coordinate cross‑functional activities by building strong stakeholder relationships, tracking progress, addressing improvement opportunities, and promoting continuous learning. **You’ll sweep us off our feet if you…** - Have hands‑on experience leading process improvement or quality initiatives in a distribution, manufacturing, or operations environment. - Are proficient in WPS, Lean, Six Sigma, or similar continuous improvement methodologies. - Can analyze data, identify root causes, and translate insights into practical, scalable solutions. - Have experience leading projects, influencing leaders, and developing associates through coaching and mentoring. - Thrive in a fast‑paced environment and can manage multiple priorities while driving measurable results.
