Additionally, the manager leads and develops finance associates, fosters strong stakeholder relationships, and upholds company policies and ethical standards to support organizational goals and continuous improvement initiatives. **About the team:** The eCommerce Marketplace FP&A team leads financial planning and performance management for Walmart’s third-party platform. Collaborating with Marketplace, Merchandising, Operations, Product, and Supply Chain teams, the group evaluates seller performance, optimizes unit economics, and guides strategic investments. The team connects key marketplace growth drivers—such as GMV, take rate, seller onboarding, and fulfillment through Walmart Fulfillment Services—to financial outcomes.
