What you'll bring... - Proven success developing and advancing new business opportunities with health plans, PBMs, employers, or other healthcare stakeholders. - Strong understanding of managed care, including pharmacy and medical benefit structures, reimbursement, and contracting dynamics. - Experience developing pricing strategies, business cases, and financial analyses to support growth opportunities and decision-making. - Ability to build relationships and effectively communicate healthcare value propositions. - Strong analytical, problem-solving, and data-driven decision-making skills. - Demonstrated ability to work independently, proactively remove barriers, and drive opportunities from prospecting through implementation. - Experience leading cross-functional initiatives and influencing stakeholders. - Self-starter mindset with strong accountability, adaptability, and a commitment to continuous improvement. - Specialty pharmacy, PBM, managed care, or market access experience preferred. #LI-DM1 At Walmart, we offer competitive pay as well as performance-based bonus awards and other great benefits for a happier mind, body, and wallet.
