This role connects end-to-end supply chain data into a unified view, builds models to identify relationships and quantify business impact, and translates complex performance data into insights that drive action across Merchandising, Supply Chain, and the supplier community. **About the team:** This role is part of Middle Mile Inventory Flow’s **Operational Performance** pillar, supporting OTIF, SQEP, Automation Readiness, Store Claims & Returns, and Transportation. The team partners with suppliers and the business to help product **flow through the supply chain with fewer touches, less friction, and greater speed**. We serve as the **merchant in the room**, balancing sales and supplier needs with supply chain performance to improve availability, quality, speed, and cost. **What you'll do:** - Build a unified view across OTIF, SQEP, Automation Readiness, Claims & Returns, and Transportation. - Model relationships across metrics to identify root causes and quantify business impact. - Turn complex data into a cohesive supply chain performance story that drives action. - Lead the DefectOne Scorecard and integrated supplier performance reporting in M1/S1. - Evolve supplier incentives to prioritize actions with the greatest business impact. - Build scalable reporting and visualizations that move performance insights to action. - Influence cross-functional partners through clear, data-driven recommendations. **What you'll bring:** - Strong experience in **advanced analytics, data modeling, and predictive modeling** to solve complex business problems. - Advanced **SQL and data visualization** skills, with Power BI experience preferred. - Strong **data storytelling and influence**, translating complex analysis into clear actions for senior leaders. - Ability to connect large, complex datasets and identify **relationships, root causes, and business impact**. - Strong **project and stakeholder management** skills with experience driving cross-functional work. - Experience in **Supply Chain, Analytics, and/or Merchandising**; Product and Engineering experience is a plus. - Demonstrated ability to lead **end-to-end analytics initiatives** and deliver measurable business value.
