As a Maintenance Technician I, you'll apply your skills across a wide range of building systems, from electrical and plumbing repairs to renovations and preventative maintenance. Valley is committed to being an organization that promotes authenticity and encourages opportunities for success. **Job Summary** The Maintenance Technician I performs maintenance tasks within a variety of trades, including carpentry, painting, plumbing, fixtures, electrical, mechanical, energy management, and fire and life safety.
