## Description

Winvian, a Relais & Chateaux luxury resort in the Litchfield Hills, is seeking a reliable and skilled full-time Maintenance Technician to help maintain the beauty, safety, and functionality of our unique property. This is a hands-on role ideal for someone who takes pride in their work and enjoys a variety of tasks.

**What You’ll Do**

- Perform general maintenance and repairs across guest cottages, facilities, and grounds
- Complete routine and preventative maintenance on buildings, equipment, and systems
- Handle painting, minor carpentry, and basic plumbing/electrical tasks
- Operate landscaping and maintenance equipment (mowers, tractors, power tools)
- Assist with seasonal property upkeep, including grounds care and snow removal
- Respond to maintenance requests in a timely and professional manner
- Identify and report safety hazards or repair needs
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
- Work collaboratively with team members to support overall property operations

Starting pay is $22.00/hour

### **Requirements**

- Must be 21+ with a valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- Ability to lift 75+ lbs
- Previous maintenance or facilities experience required
- Experience with painting and power equipment preferred
- Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, or HVAC is a plus
- Strong work ethic and “can-do” attitude
- Team player with the ability to work independently
- Flexible schedule- weekends and some holidays required
