**Compensation:** $23 to $25 per hour +$500 sign on bonus after 90 days of employment

**Overview**

**Havana Square** is looking for a Maintenance Technician who will use their maintenance experience and attention to detail skills to maintain the physical integrity of our property.

**Responsibilities**

- Completes work orders in a timely manner based on priority
- Completes make ready process
- Maintaining Property Grounds and common areas
- Preventative Maintenance
- Maintain a clean and well-organized shop and other work areas
- Provide a parts and materials list needed on a weekly basis
- Assist in coverage of emergency calls with other team members
- Demonstrate customer service skills by treating residents, staff, and vendors in a professional manner
- Adheres to all safety policies and procedures
- Other duties and tasks as assigned by the manager

**Qualifications**

- High School Diploma or equivalent, college degree is a plus
- Valid Driver’s license is required
- EPA HVAC and CPO certification preferred
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Basic computer knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)
- Able to multitask and meet deadlines in a timely manner
- Willing to work a flexible schedule including weekends
- Legal authorization to work in the United States
