This is a hands-on technical role for an experienced maintenance professional who can troubleshoot mechanical and electrical systems, diagnose equipment problems, perform preventive and corrective maintenance, and help keep production running safely and reliably. You’ll work directly with Production and Engineering to solve problems, improve equipment performance, and reduce unplanned downtime. You’ll be part of the team responsible for maintaining equipment reliability and supporting production throughout the shift. **What You’ll Do** As a Maintenance Technician, your job is to help keep our equipment safe, reliable, and ready for production. You’ll: - Perform preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance on industrial manufacturing equipment - Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical equipment failures - Diagnose problems and determine appropriate repairs - Repair and replace mechanical, electrical, and other equipment components - Respond to equipment breakdowns and help restore production safely and efficiently - Perform scheduled preventive maintenance to reduce unexpected downtime - Inspect equipment and identify developing problems before they become failures - Support equipment installations, upgrades, and modifications - Assist with equipment startup and commissioning activities - Work with Production to understand equipment issues and operating conditions - Partner with Engineering on equipment improvements and reliability initiatives - Document maintenance activities and completed repairs - Maintain equipment and work areas according to safety and housekeeping standards - Follow all established safety, environmental, and maintenance procedures - Support continuous improvement efforts focused on equipment reliability, uptime, and manufacturing performance **You Could Be a Great Fit If You:** This is a skilled maintenance position, so we’re looking for someone who already has a strong industrial maintenance foundation.
