This role serves as a technical leader within the maintenance department and may provide guidance and mentorship to junior technicians. **Job Responsibilities:** - Lead advanced troubleshooting and repair of complex mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and automated systems. - Perform predictive, preventive, and corrective maintenance activities. - Analyze equipment performance and recommend process or reliability improvements. - Install, calibrate, and maintain production equipment and facility systems. - Read and interpret advanced electrical schematics, PLC logic, and technical drawings. - Support capital projects, equipment upgrades, and root cause analysis initiatives. - Train and mentor Maintenance Technician I and II employees. - Ensure all work is completed in compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards. - Assist with maintenance planning, scheduling, and inventory management. **Qualifications** - High school diploma or GED required. - Associate degree, technical certification, or equivalent advanced training preferred. - 5+ years of industrial maintenance experience. - Advanced knowledge of electrical systems, PLCs, automation, motors, drives, hydraulics, and plumbing. - Experience with CMMS systems and advanced troubleshooting techniques. - Ability to lead projects and mentor team members. **Skills and Competencies** - Advanced diagnostic and problem-solving abilities. - Leadership and mentoring skills. - Strong analytical and decision-making skills. - Excellent communication and collaboration. - Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. **Physical Requirements** - Ability to lift up to 70 pounds. - Ability to work at heights, in confined spaces, and in industrial environments. - Availability for overtime, emergency call-ins, and rotating schedules as needed. **Employee Benefits:** - 401k - EAP (Employee Assistance Program) **Full-Time Employee Benefits:** - (Eligible 1st of Month after 60-days) - Medical - Dental - Vision - Life & Disability **Compensation** Starting Wage: $25/hour DOE Full-Time Position *We are an equal opportunity employer, and all qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without* *regard* *to* *race,* *color,* *religion,* *sex,* *sexual* *orientation,* *gender* *identity,* *national* *origin,* *disability* *status, protected veteran status, or any other characteristic protected by law.
