**What You Will Do**  

Ensure compliance with AHCA, CMS, OSHA and local health department requirements  
Maintain preventative maintenance schedules specific to healthcare equipment  

**What We Are Looking For**  

· 1-3 years of preventative maintenance experience

· Knowledgeable in building codes and safety regulations.
