Guardian Angel Senior Services is hiring compassionate, dependable **bilingual ISCH Home Health Aides (HHA), Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA), and experienced Caregivers** who are fluent in **English and Cambodian/Khmer**. If you're passionate about helping seniors remain safe and independent at home, we'd love to meet you.

## What You'll Do

As a Home Care Professional, you'll provide compassionate personal care and companionship while helping clients remain comfortable and independent in their own homes.

Responsibilities include:

- Assist with bathing, grooming, dressing, and personal hygiene
- Help with toileting and incontinence care
- Support safe mobility, transfers, and ambulation using walkers, canes, or wheelchairs
- Prepare meals and assist with feeding when needed
- Provide medication reminders and cues for self-administered medications
- Monitor and report changes in a client's condition
- Maintain accurate documentation
- Practice infection control and safety procedures
- Keep the client's home clean, safe, and comfortable

## Qualifications

- Fluent in **English and Cambodian/Khmer**
- HHA, CNA, PCA, or equivalent caregiving experience preferred
- Compassionate, dependable, and professional
- Reliable transportation preferred
- Ability to work independently while following each client's individualized care plan
