Applicants provide their availability, and shifts are assigned as needed. (Clinical nursing school rotations may be substituted for work experience). - One (1) year of medication administration experience is preferred. **Certifications:** - Must obtain valid CPR and Pro-ACT certifications within 30 days of employment. **How you will make a difference:** The Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) / Licensed Psychiatric Technician (LPT) is responsible for monitoring and documenting clients' physical and mental health status, administering and documenting medications as prescribed, and communicating any concerns to the Registered Nurse and attending physician. This role participates in treatment team meetings, shift exchanges, and daily rounds while helping coordinate and oversee nursing activities to ensure quality client care.
