**About the Role:**

Lead One of Marina del Rey’s Premier Luxury Residential Communities

Action Property Management is seeking an accomplished **General Manager** to lead the day-to-day operations and long-term success of **Azzurra,** a premier luxury high-rise residential community in Marina del Rey.

This is a high-profile leadership opportunity for a seasoned professional with **8–10+ years of HOA/high-rise property management** experience, strong business and financial acumen, operational expertise, and a luxury hospitality mindset.

The General Manager serves as the **trusted advisor to the Board of Directors**, senior leader of the onsite team, and a key ambassador to residents. This role **oversees $7M+ operating and reserve budgets**, capital projects, vendor partnerships, building operations, and complex community matters while ensuring an exceptional resident experience.

We are looking for a strategic, polished, people-focused leader who can balance **financial stewardship, operational excellence, Board relations, luxury service, and team development.**
