We have full-time and part-time openings for the season or year-round! **As a Hermes Chauffeur, you will:** **Provide Safe and Professional Transportation:** Safely and efficiently transport clients to their destinations, adhering to all traffic laws and regulations. Maintain a high level of professionalism and discretion, ensuring a comfortable and secure environment for all passengers. **Maintain Vehicle and Equipment:** Conduct pre- and post-trip inspections of the vehicle, ensuring it is clean, well-maintained, and fully operational. This includes monitoring fluid levels, tire pressure, and overall cleanliness, both inside and out. **Deliver Exceptional Customer Service:** Greet clients warmly, assist with luggage, and anticipate their needs throughout the journey. Offer a personalized experience by being knowledgeable about local routes, attractions, and dining options, and be ready to provide recommendations. **Manage Schedules and Communication:** Effectively manage a schedule of pickups and drop-offs, ensuring punctuality and clear communication with dispatch and clients. Adapt to changes in itineraries and traffic conditions with a calm and professional demeanor. **Uphold Company Standards:** Adhere to all Hermes Worldwide policies and procedures, including dress code and code of conduct.
