Provide medical management and re-assessment of patients. Assist RN with environmental safety and crisis management for the patient population. Assists RN with Admissions to the Unit as well as Discharging patients from the units under the supervision of the Registered Nurse. Supervise MHTs as directed by RN. Document patient care, ensure that data is accurate, & that it is included in the BMP, master treatment plan via timely nursing care plan updates.
