This schedule offers consistency while allowing you to enjoy several days off each week and **only required to work every other Saturday**! You'll work alongside an experienced team in a collaborative environment with above-average staffing ratios and leadership that is committed to helping employees succeed.

### **Schedule**

- **Monday:** 2:00PM-10:30PM
- **Wednesday:** 2:00PM-10:30PM
- **Thursday:** 2:00PM-10:30PM
- **Every Other Weekend:** Saturday 2:00PM-10:30PM
- Holiday rotation

## **Your Role**

As the **Evening LPN Charge Nurse**, you will provide clinical leadership for the nursing team while ensuring residents receive safe, compassionate, and high-quality care.

Responsibilities include:

- Supervising nursing assistants and medication aides during your shift.
- Administering medications and treatments.
- Completing resident assessments and responding to changes in condition.
- Communicating with physicians, families, and the interdisciplinary team.
- Maintaining accurate clinical documentation.
- Assisting with admissions, discharges, and physician orders.
- Promoting a positive, team-oriented work environment.
- Serving as the clinical leader during evening and overnight operations.

- Current Nebraska Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license.
- Current CPR certification (or willingness to obtain).
- Long-term care experience preferred, but new graduates are welcome to apply.
