### Your New Role

- Pull, route, terminate, and organize low-voltage wiring

- Install and trim out wired devices and system components

- Install motion detectors, CCTV and surveillance cameras, security equipment, access control components, and fire alarm devices

- Assist with wiring and installation of access control systems

- Read and follow blueprints, installation drawings, manufacturer instructions, and equipment manuals

- Apply basic electrical and low-voltage installation practices in the field

- Troubleshoot basic wiring, device, and installation issues

- Use ladders and work at heights when required

- Maintain clean, organized work areas, tools, and equipment

- Work alongside technicians and other team members to complete projects safely and correctly

- Take on additional low-voltage installation responsibilities as your skills and experience grow

- 1-3 years of installation, electrical, low-voltage, or related hands-on experience preferred

- Experience pulling, routing, and terminating low-voltage wire

- Experience installing wired devices

- Ability to read or understand blueprints and installation drawings

- Ability to read and follow installation manuals and manufacturer instructions

- Basic understanding of electrical or low-voltage systems

- Comfortable using ladders and working at heights

- Valid driver’s license

- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions

- Self-motivated, dependable, organized, and willing to learn

- Ability to work effectively as part of a team

- Professional appearance and commitment to maintaining a clean work environment
