Our Whitehall facility specializes in ready‑to‑bake chilled dough products—including pizza dough, pie crusts, puff pastry, and cookie dough—and continues to expand with new product lines to support national growth. As we grow, our people grow with us—if you’re passionate about doing meaningful work with a company on the rise, we’d love to hear from you. **Responsibilities** - Operate forklift and pallet jacks as needed.  - Operate stretch wrap machines.  - Familiarity with modern warehouse practices and methods including operating scanners or handheld devices used to move and track items.  - Prepare and complete orders for shipping according to the schedule.  - Ability to lift 50 lbs.  - Computer-based order picking in cooler or freezer environment.  - Maintain accurate records of products that have been stocked and shipped.  - Check in and sign out drivers in log.  - Inventory cycle-counting  - Check in raw materials, packaging supplies, and other deliveries according to procedures.  - Label all incoming materials according to procedures.  - Stock production lines with needed materials.  - Keep warehouse areas interior and exterior clean and organized. Daily cleaning will be required.  - Flexibility to work off-shifts, including days or nights, weekends, or holidays.  **Quality Assurance**  - Ensure compliance with quality policies and procedures, including product hold and traceability.  - Report any discrepancies with product or code dates.  - Follow established programs, policies, and practices to produce safe, quality foods that meet SQF, regulatory, company, and customer requirements.  **Health and Safety**  - Ensure the use safe work practices and that safe working conditions exist.  - Conduct daily equipment checks as required.  - Report any damage or equipment issue to Supervisor.  - Ensure compliance with government regulations.  - Maintain standards of health and safety, hygiene and security.  - Operate all forklifts according to OSHA standard and company policies and SOPs.  - Must be able to work in coolers and freezers for extended periods. PPE will be provided.  - Follow company safety policies and practices fostering a safe workplace and environment for ourselves and our co-workers.   **Requirements:**  **Education and/or Experience:**  - Good communication skills  - High School diploma or equivalent  - Basic math skills  - Forklift experience preferred.  - Must have good command of the English language, both written and verbal   **Physical Requirements:**  - Ability to work in a shipping environment with temperatures ranging from **38°F to -10°F**. Appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) is provided. - Ability to **lift, carry, stack, push, and pull up to 50 pounds** on a regular basis throughout the workday. - Ability to perform physically demanding tasks for extended periods, including **standing, walking, bending, reaching, climbing, twisting, pushing, and pulling**. - Ability to safely **work at elevated heights** and utilize **stairs, ladders, platforms, and personnel lifts** as required. - Ability to maintain regular attendance and safely perform essential job functions in a fast-paced production and distribution environment.
