We're looking for producers who are excited to grow a Sofar community: the audiences, artists, hosts, and partners that make our shows feel like nowhere else. You bring the local vision and the drive to fill rooms. We bring a global brand, a proven format, and a team that handles the operational heavy lifting behind the scenes: payments, taxes, insurance, royalties, guest communications, artist and venue advances, and ticketing. That means you spend your time where it matters most, which is building community and getting people in the door.
