**Case in Salinas**  
**Patient with G-tube, Trach, and Vent**  
**Full-Time**

**AM shifts**  
**Must have Trach and Vent experience**

**Compensation: $60-65/HR***

**Qualifications**

- Must have and maintain an active, unencumbered LVN license
- Current CPR certification (with hands-on component)- Aveanna can assist in obtaining this requirement after hire, if necessary.
- TB skin test (current within last 12 months)
- Twelve (12) months prior hands-on nursing experience required
- Must have reliable transportation
