Our culture is built on collaboration, a passion for best medicine, and continuous learning, with structures in place to reduce burnout and support your growth. **In your day-to-day, you will:** - Provide specialty nursing care for oncology patients - Support the Oncology team in delivering comprehensive care and customer service for patients, clients, and the referring veterinary community - Work closely with veterinarians, technicians, and support teams - Contribute to a positive, team-focused hospital culture **What You Bring** - Currently licensed or eligible to become licensed as a Veterinary Technician in the state of Washington; VTS credentialed technicians or those interested in pursuing VTS credentials are encouraged to apply - At least 2 years of experience in a veterinary hospital setting; specialty medicine experience is preferred but not required - Competency in the general knowledge and nursing skills required to care for oncology patients - Able to bend, kneel, stoop, and stand for long periods of time; can individually and frequently lift patients and inventory up to 40 pounds - A collaborative mindset and commitment to exceptional patient care **Perks & Benefits** Compensation is based on experience and skill level. $30 to $40/hr. Veterinary Technician Specialists starting at $40/hr. Our pay ranges are primarily determined by role, level, and location. The range provided for each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for the position.
