## Description

Caring Heart Rehab and Nursing in Philadelphia, PA is hiring **Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs)** to join our long-term care team.

**All shifts available:**

- 7:00am-3:00pm Full Time and Part Time

- 3:00pm–11:00pm Part Time

- 7:00a-7:00p Part Time

- 11:00pm-7:00am Part Time

**Responsibilities:**

·         Provide nursing care to long-term care residents

·         Administer medications and treatments as ordered

·         Collaborate with RNs and interdisciplinary care teams

·         Maintain accurate documentation and compliance with care standards

**Requirements:**

·         Active **Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license**

·         Long-term care or skilled nursing experience preferred (not required)

·         New LPNs welcome – training and orientation provided

**Pay & Benefits:**

·         **Hourly Position $30-$41 depending on experience, shift, and benefits selection**
