Success in this role means maintaining a consistent caseload, delivering evidence-based care, and completing documentation accurately and on time while collaborating with a supportive clinical team. **This position is for 1-2 days of weekend (Saturday/Sunday) hours per week.** ### **Licensed Therapist Responsibilities** - Conduct assessments of bio-psycho-social needs and develop individualized treatment plans - Provide individual, family, and/or couples outpatient psychotherapy services using evidence-based modalities - Actively seek parent and/or patient feedback regarding programming and therapy goals - Complete timely and compliant clinical documentation - Maintain an active caseload of mimimum of 15 client sessions per week - Participate in clinical consultation, supervision, or team meetings as required - Adhere to ethical standards, licensing requirements, and company policies ### **Compensation & Benefits** - Compensation: $60,000 - $80,000 as an IC based on 30 clinical sessions per week - Billing, credentialing, scheduling, and intake support - Flexible scheduling: Office hours are Monday-Friday 8am-7pm; flexibility to schedule minumum of 20 hours of availability within those time frames; 1-2 days of evening hours needed; hybrid position with at least greater than 50% on-site required. **Licensed Therapist Required Qualifications** - Active, unrestricted license as a LCSW, LMFT, or LPC in GA - Master’s or doctoral degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage & Family Therapy, or related field - Strong background in evidence-based practices (e.g., CBT, DBT, EMDR, ACT) - Ability to provide therapy independently - Comfort using an EHR and telehealth platforms - Experience conducting psychotherapy with specific populations (children, adolescents, trauma, couples, etc. - Experience in outpatient or group practice settings **About Focus Forward Counseling and Consulting:** Focus Forward Counseling and Consulting is a compassionate, client-centered practice dedicated to helping individuals, couples, and families move forward with clarity, resilience, and purpose.
