**Key/Essential Functions & Responsibilities**    

- Assist in providing medical insight 

- Work in an increasingly autonomous role 

- Participate in the assessment, planning, and implementation of medical care 

- Provide oversight and training of direct care staff in monitoring the medical systems 

- Participate in team meetings and provide medically related in-services to program staff. 

**Minimum Qualification Requirements** *including education, experience, licensure/certification, etc. and essential physical capabilities (e.g. lifting, assisting lifting, standing, etc.)* Minimum requirements of specific positions may vary by assigned function and/or contract. Please refer to applicable regulations/contracts for all position requirements.

All **LPN must meet the following minimum requirements:**

- NYS Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) License

**Preferred Qualification Requirements** *(*desired *requirements beyond MQRs above)*     

- Med/Surg experience

- Experience with intellectually and developmentally disabled population

**Compensation:**   

- Salary is up to 55000 USD annually

**Schedule:**   

- M-F 10a-6p
