Together, we pursue a shared mission to create a more sustainable future. **Duties & Responsibilities:** - Manage the planning, scheduling, MRO, and CBM personnel for the site - Drive and conduct Reliability-Centered Maintenance (RCM) analysis across the plant - Develop and implement maintenance and reliability strategies within Veolia's corporate Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) - Define, track, and report on plant reliability KPIs: Mean Time Between Failures (MTBF), Mean Time To Repair (MTTR), Planned Maintenance Percentage (PMP) - Monitor and track key equipment reliability strategies, such as condition monitoring, equipment mapping, non-destructive testing (NDT), and visual inspections. - Lead the implementation of predictive technologies, including vibration analysis, ultrasonic analysis, thermography, PdMA, oil analysis, corrosion detection, and dissolved gas analysis - Perform & document equipment criticality analysis in support of an effective critical spares strategy - Lead technical incident investigations through Root Cause Analysis (Cause Mapping/Fault Free Diagram/5Whys/Cost Benefit Analysis) and implementation of recommended solutions - Analyze data to identify reliability trends, forecast risks, and drive improvements in equipment uptime, cost, and safety - Support in establishing maintenance job plans including shutdowns/outages - Apply technical knowledge to troubleshoot equipment/production issues across multiple production lines, working cross-functionally with operations, engineering, maintenance, etc. - Develop, write, and review new process documentation - Champion and lead the plant's shift toward digitization, owning the implementation of digital reliability tools and technologies - Lead capital projects aimed at enhancing reliability - Develop and implement a lubrication program effectiveness and the hydraulics improvement plan - Support in developing the Asset Register and Hierarchies - Ability and willingness to wear personal protective equipment, for example, safety glasses, gloves, ear plugs, and safety shoes, as required *The job description is not designed to capture all the employee’s responsibilities but is intended to capture essential functions of the role. The range is not an absolute, but a guide, and offers will be based on the individual candidate’s knowledge, skills, experience, and market conditions, as well as internal peer equity.
