The YMCA at the Southeast Family YMCA is an approved Pilot Site for Preschool For All starting in the Fall of 2024. Preschool For All is a Multnomah County funded program looking to connect 3 and 4 year olds with free, culturally responsive, inclusive preschool experience. **Benefits:** - Comprehensive Medical Plans: Medical, dental, and vision for full-time staff - Holiday Pay: 9 paid holidays for full-time staff - Vacation Pay: 10 days for full-time staff, increasing after two years of work - Sick Pay: 1.5 hours for every 40 hours worked - Tuition Reimbursement - Childcare and Program Discounts - Free Household Membership to a YMCA Fitness Facility - Retirement Plan: 8% contribution after two years worked (must meet certain criteria). - Flexible Scheduling - Career Path: Promotion to management positions from within the organization **Job Responsibilities:** A Lead Teacher will work in the program supervising teachers, aides, and volunteers.
