## Description

**Water • Fire • Mold Restoration**

**We're not looking for average technicians. We're looking for the top 1%.**

Restoration 1 New Jersey is growing, and we're searching for experienced restoration professionals who know how to take ownership of a job, lead crews, solve problems, and deliver exceptional customer service.

If you're the person everyone calls when a difficult loss comes in, we want to talk.

- You understand structural drying and moisture mapping.
- You can lead a crew without constant supervision.
- You communicate professionally with customers.

### Responsibilities

- Water damage mitigation
- Fire and smoke cleanup
- Mold remediation
- Structural drying
- Moisture inspections and documentation
- Equipment setup and monitoring
- Demolition and contents protection
- Crew leadership and training
- Customer communication

 **Qualifications**

- Restoration experience preferred
- IICRC WRT certification preferred
- ASD, AMRT, FSRT certifications are a plus
- Valid driver's license with clean record
- Ability to participate in an on-call rotation
- Strong work ethic and leadership skills

### Compensation & Benefits

**$28-$40+ per hour depending on experience and certifications**
