Do you want to be a part of it? **WHO WILL LOVE THIS JOB** - An experienced clinician, you are confident managing complex client needs and providing individual, family, and group counseling. - A clinical mentor, you enjoy sharing your expertise, developing others, and strengthening the clinical capabilities of less-experienced staff. - A steady decision-maker, you exercise sound clinical judgment and remain composed in complex, high-pressure, or emotionally difficult situations. - A collaborative leader, you enjoy partnering with others to strengthen clinical quality, consistency, and positive client outcomes. - A committed Christian, you demonstrate spiritual maturity and model how professional excellence, clinical integrity, and Christian faith can work together in the care of clients. **YOUR TOP RESPONSIBILITIES** - Provide individual, family, and group counseling while managing an advanced client caseload. - Conduct complex assessments, treatment planning, clinical interventions, crisis response, and ongoing evaluation of client progress. - Serve as a clinical resource to Recovery Coaches, Counselors, interns, and other counseling staff through consultation, guidance, mentoring, and training. - Support consistent implementation of Recovery Program curriculum, clinical practices, documentation standards, and program quality. - Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, community providers, and referral partners to support continuity of care and positive client outcomes. - Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in accordance with PRM, professional, and regulatory standards. - Participate in the on-call rotation, providing clinical coverage and crisis consultation outside regular business hours as assigned. - Help shape a counseling environment where clients encounter Christ-centered care, biblical truth, grace, accountability, and hope, while supporting the integration of Christian discipleship into clinical practice **WHAT YOU SHOULD HAVE** - Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Addiction Counseling, Psychology, or another closely related behavioral health field. - Current Arizona Board of Behavioral Health Examiners associate-level licensure (LMSW, LAC, LAMFT, or applicable equivalent) required;
