## Description

A Lawn Maintenance Crew Driver plays a vital role in keeping residential and commercial properties looking their best. This role involves transporting a team to provide comprehensive lawn maintenance services, including mowing, edging, weeding, and blowing leaves. You'll be responsible for driving team members to jobs and operating various equipment, such as push and riding mowers, weed eaters, hedge trimmers, and blowers.

**Primary Responsibilities:**

- Driving team members to the various jobs to service residential and commercial properties.
- Mowing, edging, weeding, and leaf blowing by industry best practices and local regulations.
- Safely operate a variety of equipment, including push and riding mowers, weed eaters, hedge trimmers, and blowers, ensuring they are maintained and stored properly.
- Properly maintain and safeguard all company-issued equipment in accordance with company policies and procedures.
- Practice daily cleaning protocols for the designated truck and ensure all equipment is stored securely after each use.
- Provide timely and accurate reports on job site conditions, equipment concerns, and other relevant information to the supervisor.
- The workday starts at 7:00 AM.

- Valid driver's license in the State of Texas
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in lawn maintenance or a related field preferred.
- Strong work ethic, punctuality, and reliability.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Good physical fitness and stamina required for outdoor manual labor.
- Ability to operate hand tools, power tools, and landscape equipment safely and efficiently.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

**Physical Demands with or without accommodations are not limited to:**

- Primarily outdoors in varying weather conditions (heat, cold, rain, sun).
- Physically demanding work involving lifting, bending, carrying, and operating equipment.
- Working hours may vary depending on project schedules and seasonal demands.
- Potential exposure to dust, dirt, and allergens

**Driver's Responsibilities:**

- Operates a company vehicle safely and efficiently, following pre-assigned daily routes.
- Assumes responsibility for basic vehicle maintenance, including tire condition, replacement, brake checks, and timely oil changes.
- Maintains strict adherence to all safety protocols and relevant driving regulations, reporting any work-related injuries immediately to designated supervisors.
- Complies with established company vehicle usage policies and upholds a clean driving record.
- Promptly reports any auto accidents to the Service Manager within one hour of occurrence.
- Maintains an active Texas driver's license and provides updated copies to Human Resources.

**Salary:**

- Training pay- $17.00 per hour
- 20% Production pay after training
