This role is responsible for managing schedules, budgets, subcontractors, field crews, and client communication while ensuring projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to high-quality standards. The ideal candidate is a strong leader with experience managing commercial landscaping projects, coordinating multiple crews, and maintaining financial accountability throughout the project lifecycle. --- # Key Responsibilities - Manage commercial landscaping and site development projects from kickoff through closeout - Coordinate field crews, subcontractors, vendors, and project stakeholders - Develop and maintain project schedules to ensure on-time completion - Monitor project budgets, job costs, and profitability - Conduct regular jobsite visits, quality inspections, and safety reviews - Review plans, specifications, and project documentation - Manage material procurement, equipment scheduling, and subcontractor coordination - Process change orders and maintain accurate project documentation - Ensure timely billing, forecasting, and project closeout procedures - Maintain strong communication with clients, property managers, contractors, and internal teams - Identify opportunities for additional project work and client growth - Support and develop field leaders through coaching and accountability --- # What Success Looks Like Successful candidates will demonstrate strong leadership, organization, and operational execution.
